  • 0.33 Cups Moong dhal
  • 0.33 Cups Cucumber
  • 0.33 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • A Few reen chillies
  • 0.33 Cups Fresh coconut
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Lemon

Directions: Kosambari Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak moong dhal for 2-3 hours
  • STEP 2.Drain water completely
  • STEP 3.Transfer ro a mixing bowl
  • STEP 4.Add chopped cucumber, coriander leaves, fresh coconut & salt
  • STEP 5.Add mustard & green chillies tempering
  • STEP 6.mix well & serve immediately
