Very popular dish among Asians.Tuna Kimbap (Chamchi Kimbap, 참치김밥) is one of my favorite kimbap. It has a savory taste and the smell from perilla leaves and tuna is just well balanced. It’s quite refreshing!Tuna kimbap brings up the game a bit from easy kimbap recipe. It’s definitely worth trying it! I hope you enjoy my tuna kimbap recipe!

Ingredients for Korean Tuna Kimbap (Chamchi Gimbap) Recipe

  • 4 No.s Egg
  • As required Oil
  • 170 gram Spinach
  • As required A few Minced garlic
  • As required Sesame oil
  • As required Black pepper
  • 1 cup Canned Tuna
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 No.s Carrot
  • As required A few Perilla leaves
  • stick Crab
  • As required Yellow Pickled Raddish
  • As required Cheese
  • 5 cup short grained cooked rice
  • As required Sesame Seeds
  • As required Sheets of dried Laver
  • As required Salt

Directions: Korean Tuna Kimbap (chamchi Gimbap) Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Preheat a non-stick pan and cook the egg in it with some butter. Cut the long slices of the cooked egg for later.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Also boil the spinach for about 30 seconds and drain the water by squeezing it well. Add some minced garlic, sesame oil and black pepper to it and mix well.

  • STEP 1. To the tuna, mayonnaise and black pepper and mix well. Cut the carrots really thin and fry them in some oil. Add salt and mix.

  • STEP 1. Cut perilla leaves, cheese, raddish in long pieces. assembly of the ingredients is done as follows. On the bamboo mat, spread the laver sheets and spread rice over ⅔ of the sheets. Now put the perilla leaves at the end.

  • STEP 1. put cheese slice on top of the perilla leaves. put the tuna on top of the cheese.

step 9

  • STEP 1. place the crab stick beside the tuna .place the spinach on the side and the carrots.

step 11

  • STEP 1. place pickled raddish and the egg slice on the top. roll the laver sheet with bamboo mat carefully and tightly.

  • STEP 1. cut the sheet in pieces and it is ready.
