Ingredients for Korean Style Sweet Corn Salad (Con Saelreodeu) Recipe

  • 420 gram Sweet Corn
  • 2 tablespoon Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Green Sweet Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Red Sweet Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch white or Black Pepper

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut all the vegetables finely. And strain the water from the can of corn.

step 2

  • STEP 1.take a big bowl and add 4 tsp mayonnaise, ½ tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 2 pinches salt and 1 pinch pepper to it. Mix them all well.

  • STEP 1. add the corn to the bowl and mix them all well.
