Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  • STEP 2.Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork chops. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
