Ingredients for Korean Pancake Recipe

  • 2 cup calabaza squash
  • 1/2 cup korean pancake
  • 1/2 cup korean frying mix and water
  • 1 No.s egg
  • As required Dipping sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, green hot pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions: Korean Pancake Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Chop about 2 cups of calabaza. Sprinkle sugar and salt and set aside.

step 2

  • STEP 1. In a bowl mix korean mix, all purpose flour and egg and then mix water. Now add the calabaza in the batter.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Now add the batter in the frying pan in a shape. Fry for about 5 minutes each side.

step 4

  • STEP 1. Make the dipping sauce using all the dipping ingredients. Serve along with the pancake.
