How to Make Korean Pancake Recipe
Chop about 2 cups of calabaza. Sprinkle sugar and salt and set aside.
In a bowl mix korean mix, all purpose flour and egg and then mix water. Now add the calabaza in the batter.
Now add the batter in the frying pan in a shape. Fry for about 5 minutes each side.
Make the dipping sauce using all the dipping ingredients. Serve along with the pancake.
