Ingredients for Korean Hand-Torn Noodle Soup (Sujebi) Recipe

  • As required Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 No.s Egg
  • As required Broth Ingredients
  • 5 No.s large dried Anchovies
  • 3 piece dried Kelp
  • 7 cup Water
  • As required Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soup Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced

Directions: Korean Hand-torn Noodle Soup (sujebi) Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl. Cover the dough and keep it aside for atleast 3 hours.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Wrap anchovies and kelp in for a  boil in 7 cups of water in a pan. This will prepare our broth. Cook it on medium flame for about 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Remove the foam, if any, from the broth. And from now, keep the broth temperature on medium low.

step 4

  • STEP 1.now take out the dough. Stretch and tear it to make out the small dumpling pieces and drop them in the broth.

step 5

  • STEP 1. After dropping them all, put the flame on high and cook for 5 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1. Add all the vegetables to it. Except for the green onions.

step 7

  • STEP 1.6. Now add soup soy sauce, minced garlic and salt.

step 8

  • STEP 2.7. Bring it to boil and cook it for 8 minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 3.8. Now add the green onions to it. Cook for 1 more minute.it is ready. Serve.
