Ingredients for Korean Fried Chicken (Yangnyeom Tongdak) Recipe

  • 900 gram Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 0.13 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon Red Pepper Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Corn Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • As required Salt

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 take corn starch in a bowl and add curry powder, salt and black pepper. Mix them well. Add the chicken pieces to this mixture and coat them properly.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 heat oil in a pan and put these coated chicken pieces in them. Take the fries pieces out.

step 5

  • STEP 3.4 make the sauce in another pan with ketchup, red pepper paste, corn syrup, sugar, soy sauce, minced onions and minced garlic in oil.

step 6

  • STEP 4.5 put the chicken pieces in the sauce and coat them evenly. You can put some sesame seeds on the top. Serve.
