  • 40 gram Butter
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 3 gram Almond powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 50 gram Cabbage
  • 10 gram Carrot
  • 10 gram green onion
  • 1 No.s sliced cheese
  • 2 No.s sliced ham
  • As required Ketchup
  • As required Olive oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Korean Egg Toast Sandwich Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. In almond powder add 1 tbsp baking powder and strain both.

  • STEP 1. In another bowl add butter and break 2 eggs.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Add 2 whisked eggs in the powder. Whisk well. In a tray bake the mixture.

  • STEP 1. Chop cabbage, carrot, green onions and mix in a bowl with eggs. Add salt to taste.

  • STEP 1. In an omelette tray prepare the eggs and some ham. Add in between bread and pack tightly.
