  • 0.13 cup Kimchi, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Onions, Sliced

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  • STEP 2.Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with the cooked beef and shredded cheese.
  • STEP 4.Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • STEP 5.Remove from the oven and top with kimchi, green onions, and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Korean Nachos immediately while still warm.
