  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated beef mince. Cook until browned and cooked through.
