Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast rice flour until it turns slightly golden.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida.
  • STEP 3.Add water, salt, and red chili powder to the pan and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 4.Gradually add the roasted rice flour to the pan and mix well to form a dough.
  • STEP 5.Allow the dough to cool slightly and then shape it into rings.
  • STEP 6.Deep fry the rings in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 7.Remove the fried korbale from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 8.Serve the korbale hot or store them in an airtight container for later use.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to roast the rice flour properly to enhance its flavor.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder.
