  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Grated Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and soak the lentils for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2. In a pressure cooker, cook the lentils with water until soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.3. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.4. Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.5. Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 6.6. Add chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, and potatoes.
  • STEP 7.7. Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
  • STEP 8.8. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 9.9. Mix well and cook for a minute.
