An easy and quick egg stew made out of a few hand ingredients that can be easily found in one's kitchen stock. Enjoy this warm and hearted bowl of tasty stew with rice and salad.
STEP 1.1. Fry some onions in mustard oil, once they turn brown add the chopped tomatoes and salt and turmeric to taste. Once tomatoes get mashed.

STEP 2.2. Add egg and mix well. cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.

STEP 3.3. Now add the boiled potato. Add green chillies and a glass of water and let it boil.

STEP 4.4. After the boil, cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame. Garnish with some coriander.
