Ingredients for Konir Jul Recipe

  • 2 No.s Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 No.s Green chilli
  • 1 No.s Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 No.s Boiled potato
  • As required A few Coriander for serving

Directions: Konir Jul Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Fry some onions in mustard oil, once they turn brown add the chopped tomatoes and salt and turmeric to taste. Once tomatoes get mashed.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Add egg and mix well.  cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. Now add the boiled potato. Add green chillies and a glass of water and let it boil.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4. After the boil, cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame. Garnish with some coriander.
