  • 125 gram Chicken, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1.13 Lic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Paste

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned.
  • STEP 4.Add tamarind pulp, coconut paste, and water. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
