  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk, tamarind pulp, and water. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
