- 1 cup Mustard oil
- 1.50 kilogram Curd
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 Black cardamom
- 3-4 Cloves
- 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1.50 teaspoon Fennel Powder
- 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon dried crushed mint
- 1/2 teaspoon fried shallots

How to Make Kokur Yakhni Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the chicken into one in. Sized items.
