Ingredients for Kokis Recipe

  • 250 gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Oil

Directions: Kokis Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take flour, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, salt, egg and gradually add ½ cup of coconut milk in order to form a paste.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 mix well and keep it aside for 2 hours.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 take the batter and add the rest of the coconut milk and mix it well.

step 4

  • STEP 4.1 heat some oil in a pan and dip your mould in it.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2 dip the hot mould into the batter and again into the hot oil until it turns golden brown.

step 6

  • STEP 6.3 detach the kokis from the mould using a knife and cook it from both the sides
