STEP 1.1 in a bowl take flour, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, salt, egg and gradually add ½ cup of coconut milk in order to form a paste.

STEP 5.2 dip the hot mould into the batter and again into the hot oil until it turns golden brown.

STEP 6.3 detach the kokis from the mould using a knife and cook it from both the sides
