Directions: Kodo/varagu Dosa Recipe
STEP 1.Wash the millets and dal througly and soak them for 4-6 hours. Grind them together with curry leaves and fenugreek. Add salt and allow it to ferment. Make idlis or dosas and relish with a chutney of your choice
STEP 2.Tip: If u want brownish red crispy dosas, add a handful of soaked tur dal in the grinder
