Ingredients for Kochur Shak Recipe

  • 1/2 A Bunch kochu shak
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly ground coconut or coconut flakes
  • 6.25 gm Kishmish
  • 25 gm fried prawn
  • 12.50 gm chole ( soaked in water )
  • 1/4 tablespoon Mouri
  • 1 Pieces Bayleaves
  • 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons Turmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 25 gm Sarso tel
  • 1/2 Pieces Dried chilli

Directions: Kochur Shak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly boil the kochu shak and smash it.
  • STEP 2.Fry the chillies , bayleaves and mouri in sarso tel. Fry for 2 seconds
  • STEP 3.Add the smashed kochu shak with it.
  • STEP 4.When the shak starts releasing oil , add the prawn , chole and turmeric . Stir a bit and cover
  • STEP 5.After 5 minutes fry this well so that no water remains
  • STEP 6.Add the kishmish and ground coconut. Then fry again till no water remains. Then add sugar.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with ghee .
