Ingredients for KMCC BALLS Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup roasted Kurmura
  • 0.33 Cup Roasted makhana
  • 0.67 g boiled potato
  • 0.08 g boiled corn
  • 0.08 Cup grated cheese
  • 0.08 Cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 0.33 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 0.33 Tsp oregano
  • 0.33 g reen chilli
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 As Required brown bread for bread crumbs
  • As Required Corn flour for slary

Directions: Kmcc Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.first take a mixer jar
  • STEP 2.add kurmura, makhana and green chilli
  • STEP 3.make powder from it
  • STEP 4.then take a plate
  • STEP 5.add boiled potato then mash it
  • STEP 6.then add powder , grated cheese , corn , capcicum , salt , chat masala , oregano and chiili flakes
  • STEP 7.mix it properly
  • STEP 8.mixture is ready
  • STEP 9.divide in to equal portion
  • STEP 10.then make a equal size balls
  • STEP 11.meanwhile make a slary ( corn flour + water)
  • STEP 12.after that take a ball , deep in to slary
  • STEP 13.coat with bread crumbs ( repeat this process )
  • STEP 14.then keep in to freeze for 15 minutes
  • STEP 15.after that deep fry balls
  • STEP 16.youe balls is ready to serve
