  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar

  • STEP 1.Peel and dice the ripe kiwi fruit.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add diced kiwi fruit, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and sugar. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook the mixture on low heat until the kiwi fruit softens and the chutney thickens.
