STEP 1.Take a sieve nd bowl mixing bowl. Add all dry ingredients and sieve them togethe..nicely.
Take another bowl and add oil, curd , essence, milk and mix gently. Slowly add dry mixture little little and mix it well. Add milk if needed and combined all till it is mix properly.
STEP 2.Grease the tin with butter or oil and dust it with maida. Fill the tin with batter and tap the tin once to release air.
STEP 3.Pre heat the oven and bake the cake for 180° degree for 30 to 40 min.Check the cake with toothpick if toothpick inserted comes dry cake is ready
STEP 4.Cool down the cake.Cut the cake from the middle and make 2 layer and spread sugar water on the both layer of cake.
STEP 5.Micro wave the dark chocolate with fresh cream and make a smooth mixture and spread on one of the layer of cake and keep it on one another and finally spread on the top of the cake and side of the cake. and keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
STEP 6.After 20minutes remove the cake from fridge and then stick a kit kat chocolate all around the cake and pour ganache, stock gems, toppers on top of the cake.And your cake is ready.
