Ingredients for Kinoko Gohan Recipe

  • 1 package Shimeji mushrooms
  • 5 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • As required Water
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions: Kinoko Gohan Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slice the shimeji mushrooms into pieces
  • STEP 2.Wash the rice
  • STEP 3.Put the rice in a rice cooker
  • STEP 4.Add salt, soy sauce, sake and marin
  • STEP 5.Add enough water
  • STEP 6.Add the mushrooms
  • STEP 7.Cook like white rice and add vegetables after the rice is done
  • STEP 8.Serve
