How to Make Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe

Clean and rinse the rice 2-3 times. Boil the rice in water. Mince the garlic. Add oil in a pan and heat it. Add minced garlic and saute it. Now add kimchi and gochujang. Add seafood and fry it for 30 seconds.

Then add rice followed by kimchi juice & fish sauce. Push the rice in one corner of the pan and fry one egg in 1 tsp of oil. Once omelette is ready then mix it thoroughly with rice. Add salt, pepper as per taste Now garnish it with fresh scallions and furikake.
