Super easy to make korean dish.Koreans like to eat hot soup all year long, however, hot soup is extra good on cold winter days. I’ve been craving this hot and spicy noodle soup dish made with kimchi and fishcakes. It is called 김치 어묵 우동 in Korean. I’m happy to share this delicious recipe it with you today.   • 1 No.s Udon noodles pack
  • As required Anchovy pack
  • As required Kimchi
  • As required Fish cakes
  • 1/4 cup Hot pepper
  • As required Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Directions: Kimchi Fish Cake Udon Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In boiling water add anchovy pack and kelp and boil for 5 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1. In the broth prepared add kimchi, fish cakes, kimchi broth and hot pepper powder. Cook for 3 minutes. Now add noodles and add green onions in the soup. Now season the udon with soy sauce and cook for one more minute and serve.
