Ingredients for Kimchi And Soybean Sprout Soup Recipe

  • 2 cup soybean sprouts
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup fermented kimchi
  • 1/4 piece green onions
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1 tablespoon red hot pepper
  • As required Broth
  • 4 cup Water
  • 50 gram korean radish
  • 5 piece dried anchovies, dried kelp

  • STEP 1. Add ingredients of the broth in a pot. And cook for 20 minutes.

  • STEP 1. In boiling water add salt and cook soybean sprouts for 20 minutes. Slice the onions & peppers.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Add the sesame seeds, shrimp paste. Now in a clay pot put rice over kimchi and combine the dish with soup and an egg and vegetables and all the seasoning ingredients. Serve fresh.
