STEP 1.Wheat flour is to be kneaded with the help of water by adding ajwain ghee and the dough is not to be kneaded like roti, it is to be kept slightly stiff.
STEP 2.Now take a big ball, slightly bigger than roti dough and then roll it as thick as roti, now put it on tawa, then roast it on one side and flip it lightly
STEP 3.Then holding the roti on the gas with tongs, roast it well, then apply ghee on both the sides while it is hot.
STEP 4.Now khuba roti is ready, similarly all the dough has to be made roti and serve with khuba roti with dal gravy, it looks very tasty.
