Ingredients for Khoya Barfi Recipe

  • 1/5 litre Milk
  • 40 gms Khoya
  • As Required As needed sugar
  • A Handful Pistachios for garnish

Directions: Khoya Barfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok boil milk, bring it to boil a little thicken.
  • STEP 2.Now add khoya and sugar, cook on low flame, keep stirring, cook it till it becomes thicker.
  • STEP 3.Grease a plate with ghee, add mixture and set it properly. cut when a little cool.
  • STEP 4.Then garnish it with pista flakes. leave it to cool down and then cut into pieces.
