Khow suey Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

In memoni cuisine, khow suey from burma is a noodle dish that comes from the mountainous shan state. It is a one-dish soup meal made of egg noodles and curried beef or chicken with coconut milk, served with a variety of contrasting condiments. A squeeze of lemon also adds tanginess to khow suey. My 7 year old son always wants to try some new dishes, so have to workout on new and healthy option for him. So i tried vegetarian version with loads of veggies and used semolina spaghetti instead of rice noodles with minimal oil, nothing is fried to make it more healthier. It's a complete tasty healthy and full meal.
