Ingredients for Khopra pattis Recipe

  • 1.25 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped cashew
  • 3.75 Pieces Kishmish
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh grated coconut
  • 1/4 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  • 3/4 Pieces Green chillies chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions: Khopra Pattis Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash boiled potatoes, add little rice flour if needed. Add salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2.Mix coconut, Cashews, Kishmish, Coriander and chilli.
  • STEP 3.Take potatoes, fill with coconut mixture.
  • STEP 4.Cover properly and make balls.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Serve with green chutney and sweet chutney.
