Ingredients for Khirananad Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg Full cream milk
  • 75 gms Rice
  • 75 gms Sugar
  • 1/2 inch Saffron soaked in milk
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamoms

Directions: Khirananad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk.
  • STEP 2.Add the rice which was earlier soaked in water.
  • STEP 3.Cook for 15-20 mins until thick consistency
  • STEP 4.Add saffron which was earlier soaked in milk.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped almonds.
  • STEP 6.Cook until milk reduces completely.
  • STEP 7.Add desi ghee
  • STEP 8.Cook for 2 minutes
  • STEP 9.Add sugar and cook for another 5 mins.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with cardamom and serve
