Ingredients for Khipoli Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 500 gram Khipoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion onions
  • 1 Green chilli onions
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 10-12 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Mustard oil spoon
  • 1 Curd bowl

Directions: Khipoli Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and boil khipoli in water 4-5 minutes. Grind garlic cloves, onions and chillies.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pot and heat it. Add cumin seeds, boiled khipoli and fry. Add chopped green chillies, sliced onions and saute.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and grinded garlic paste. Mix well. Then add curd, salt, water and cover to cook for 2-3 minutes.
