  • 0.33 Cup cooked dal
  • 0.33 Cup cooked rice
  • 0.33 Pieces onion chopped
  • 0.33 Tbsp jeera
  • 0.33 Pieces tomato chopped
  • 0.67 Tbsp coriander
  • 0.33 Tbsp fine chopped garlic
  • 0.67 Pinches tsp hin
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.67 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ghee

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee or oil in kadhai or pan nd give tadka of jeera, garlic and hing in it. Then saute onion till it become nice golden....
  • STEP 2.Now add dal and rice together. Add salt, red chilli powder nd required water and mix it. At this stage add tomato and let it cook till water gets reduced.
