  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 1.50 cup Milk
  • 1.50 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.50 tsp Condensed milk
  • 3.50 As Required Cashew
  • 1/2 Pieces reen illaichi
  • As Required For Ganishing Saffron

Directions: Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk, aad green illaichi, add soaked rice mix well let it boil and cook properly aad 3 tsp condensed milk stir continuously for 1 min, add sugar mix well, heat a pan add ghee and fry dry fruits and aad it in kheer mix properly. Transfer in a bowl garnish with dry fruits and saffron. Kheer is ready to serve.
