STEP 1.Soak the rice for half an hour and than roasted in ghee after draining the water.
STEP 2.Than grind it coarsely in mixer jar.
STEP 3.Pressure cook the rice with 1 glass of milk till 1 whistle.
STEP 4.Than add makhana powder and custard powder and mix. Stir of continuously for sometime.
STEP 5.Cook it till the consistency become thick.
STEP 6.Serve warm or chilled as you like. Enjoy
