Ingredients for Kheer Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Rice
  • 3/4 g lass milk
  • 0.13 tablespoon as required Few kesar soaked in
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 g Chopped dry fruits (roasted in ghee)
  • 1/4 tablespoon Custard powder
  • 1/4 cup makhana (roasted and roughly grind)

Directions: Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the rice for half an hour and than roasted in ghee after draining the water.
  • STEP 2.Than grind it coarsely in mixer jar.
  • STEP 3.Pressure cook the rice with 1 glass of milk till 1 whistle.
  • STEP 4.Than add makhana powder and custard powder and mix. Stir of continuously for sometime.
  • STEP 5.Cook it till the consistency become thick.
  • STEP 6.Serve warm or chilled as you like. Enjoy
