  • 1-1.25 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corriander powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • As required Few cashew nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1/4 egg
  • As required oil enough to fry the koftas
  • 1/4 can slice bread also be substitute wheat flour
