  • 1 cup Gramflour
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 1.50 cup curd

Directions: Khatti Meethi Kadhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix a cup of gramflour and curd into the water. Make a paste. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan and add the mixture in it, some curry leaves, cumin seeds, jaggery, fenugreek seeds, ginger and mix them all nicely and cook on medium flame. Add water as required. Make a boil.
  • STEP 3.Temper it with some hot oil, mustard seeds and asafoetida. Now add it on the kadhi as it cooks. Cook for 5 minutes and kadhi is ready.
