  • STEP 1.Start by washing the bitter gourd thoroughly and then slice it into thin rounds.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add the sliced bitter gourd to the pan and saut茅 for a few minutes until they turn slightly brown.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix tamarind pulp, jaggery, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Add this mixture to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the bitter gourd is cooked through.
