  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 Cups Sooji
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Eno
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Oil

  • STEP 1.Combine suji, curd, salt, jeera powder some water and garlic green chillies pastes. Add more water if required after a while. The consistency should be a bit looser..
  • STEP 2.Heat water in the boiler. Add eno, whisk again. Apply oil in the dhokla plates.
  • STEP 3.pour batter it into the plate ... You can put two plates at one go. Stem for no more than 5-6 min.
  • STEP 4.Remove right after. Brush it with oil, cut and serve hot with green chutney.
  • STEP 5.Ready for breakfast.
