Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add garam masala, kasuri methi, and fresh coriander leaves. Cook for a few more minutes.
