  • 0.33 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.08 g hee
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Carom seeds
  • As Required Required water
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Khasta Mathri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly sieve all purpose flour,then add melted ghee,salt and carom seeds mix it well.
  • STEP 2.Then add light water and prepare tight dough.
  • STEP 3.Keep rest for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.After resting and divine dough in small balls.
  • STEP 5.Roll the balls in small roughly chapaties and peak in chapaties with fork.
  • STEP 6.Further deep Frying medium heat oil upon on medium low flam until golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Ready khasta mathri for serve and store in air tight container.
