How to Make Khao Pad Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Slice the onions and split the cherry tomatoes into two pieces. Wash and cut the kale leaves and shrimp, drain it, then chop the garlic.

STEP 02

In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, when the oil becomes hot add the egg and wait and then cut them into small pieces (egg crumbs).

STEP 03

In the same pan add 2 tbsp cooking oil again then add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute them, and then add the shrimp. And keep sauteing them.

STEP 04

Then add 1tbsp sugar, fish sauce to taste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and keep stirring them.

STEP 01

Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, and keep stirring. Now add the cooked rice and mix everything all combined, add the cooked egg, and combine it.

STEP 06

Mix everything well and add the kale leaves and cook them for a minute. and now it’s time to serve and enjoy it hot.
