  • 2 Onions
  • As required Eggs
  • As required Cooked Rice
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Soy sauce
  • As required Fish Sauce
  • As required Oyster Sauce

Directions: Khao Pad Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice the onions and split the cherry tomatoes into two pieces. Wash and cut the kale leaves and shrimp, drain it, then chop the garlic.

  • STEP 1.In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, when the oil becomes hot add the egg and wait and then cut them into small pieces (egg crumbs).

  • STEP 2.In the same pan add 2 tbsp cooking oil again then add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute them, and then add the shrimp. And keep sauteing them.

  • STEP 3.Then add 1tbsp sugar, fish sauce to taste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and keep stirring them.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, and keep stirring. Now add the cooked rice and mix everything all combined, add the cooked egg, and combine it.

step 10

  • STEP 4.Mix everything well and add the kale leaves and cook them for a minute. and now it’s time to serve and enjoy it hot.
