How to Make Khao Neow Sang Kaya Recipe

Beat eggs in a bowl, combine the duck with salt, palm sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaves. Mix all ingredients with hand till palm sugar melts absolutely. Filter the mixture with a sieve and pour during a bowl for steaming.
