  • 200 milliliter Coconut milk
  • 4 Duck Eggs
  • 4 Pandan Leaves
  • 80 gram Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Khao Neow Sang Kaya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Beat eggs in a bowl, combine the duck with salt, palm sugar, coconut milk, and pandan leaves. Mix all ingredients with hand till palm sugar melts absolutely. Filter the mixture with a sieve and pour during a bowl for steaming.
