  • 1 cup Rice
  • As required Bamboo Shoot
  • 3 Shitake Mushroom
  • 2 tablespoon Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese Wine
  • 50 gram Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • As required Chicken Stock

Directions: Khao Na Gai Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start by adding oil and mushrooms to the pan. Stir the onion, followed by chicken asparagus, chicken stock, and wait for it boils and season it with oyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, chinese wine.
