Ingredients for Khandvi Recipe

  • 33.33 g Besan (gramflour)
  • 0.08 Litre cup water (
  • As Required salt taste anusaar
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil use anusar
  • 0.33 Tsps mustard seeds)
  • 3.33 Pieces Curry leaves (kadi patta)
  • 0.67 Pieces green chillies (chopped)
  • 0.33 Pieces ) dry red chillies
  • 0.33 Tbsp Dessicated coconut for decoration
  • 0.67 Tbsp Fresho Coriander Leaves

Directions: Khandvi Recipe

  • STEP 1.• Add besan in water
  • STEP 2.• Add salt.
  • STEP 3.• Cook on medium flame continuously until gets thick.
  • STEP 4.• Spread on plate to get it set.
  • STEP 5.• For tadka, Add Oil in a pan.
  • STEP 6.• Add Raai, Curry leaves, Chopped Chilli & Salt.
  • STEP 7.• Roll down the khandvi and pour the tadka over it.
  • STEP 8.• Garnish it with dessicated coconut and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 9.• Serve🥰.
