Ingredients for Khaman Recipe

  • 0.67 cups Besan
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 packet Eno fruit salt
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Pieces reen chillies
  • as required leaves Coriander
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • As Required as per taste

Directions: Khaman Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take besan in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, and lemon juice to this.
  • STEP 2.Now gradually add water to it and prepare a batter for khaman.
  • STEP 3.Cover it nd keep it aside for 15 mins.....
  • STEP 4.Add water to the khaman cooker and let it boil.
  • STEP 5.Add eno fruit salt or soda the batter and mix gently. Now grease the khaman plate and pour the khaman batter in it.
  • STEP 6.Put this plate into the khaman cooker and cover the lid. Steam the khaman on a medium flame for 20 mins.
  • STEP 7.For tadka: heat oil, add mustard seeds, and green chilies, and let it splutter. Then add half a glass of water to it and add sugar. Let it boil.
  • STEP 8.Cut the khaman and pour the tempering over it evenly....
