Khakhra & Gujaratis are incomplete without each other. This flat, thin & crispy& nonfried snack is favourite of all Gujaratis, though now khakhra spread it's fame to other communities also. Years ago there were only few varieties available in khakhra. Now a days, khakhras are easily available in market with large range of variety too. Though making khakhra is little hard as rolling thin khakhra, roasting it on slow flame needs patience. But home made is home made. Quality & purity assured. Agreed?
