Khada Masala Chicken Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Khada Masala Chicken is a flavorful and aromatic chicken curry made with a blend of whole spices. It is a popular dish in North Indian cuisine and is known for its rich and spicy flavors. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices, then cooked with a combination of onions, tomatoes, and the khada masala (whole spices). The slow cooking process allows the flavors to develop and results in tender and juicy chicken. This dish pairs well with rice or roti and is perfect for special occasions or as a main course.
