KFC style fried chicken/ Crispy fried chicken as the name has a super crispy exterior and juicy interior is a one such delicious and popular chicken recipe. This fried chicken is something that we all crave for.

STEP 1.Cut the boneless chicken into 1 inch bite sized pieces.
STEP 2.Mix together all the ingredients under marinade and rub all over the chicken. Marinate for at least half an hour.
STEP 3.Season the Cornflour and cornflour slurry with salt and pepper.
STEP 4.To start making crispy chicken, arrange an assembly line of sorts. Place Cornflour, Cornflour slurry next to each other along with the chicken. Arrange a plate to place the chicken once coated.
STEP 5.Now start by lightly coating the chicken with Cornflour. Dip it in cornflour slurry next, and then again coat with cornflour. Repeat for each piece of chicken, and keep placing them on the plate.
STEP 6.Heat oil for frying and deep fry in batches on medium heat till the chicken is cooked through and lightly brown on the outside. Remove from oil.
STEP 7.Heat oil on high flame and again fry the half fried chicken till golden brown.
STEP 8.Your crispy chicken is ready to serve.
STEP 9.Serve hot with some mayo and red chilli sauce dip or schezwan sauce.
