Ingredients for Kesariya Bhapa doi Recipe

  • 1 Cup fresh hung curd
  • 3/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1 Tsp cardamon powder
  • 1 Pinches saffron strands

Directions: Kesariya Bhapa Doi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a steel or microwave safe bowl & grease it.. In a bowl take the hung curd & whisk it properly, Now add saffron,condensed milk,& cardamom powder and mix them altogether.
  • STEP 2.pour the mixture in container & tap it. Cover it with aluminum foil & seal all the corners properly. Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.Once done keep it aside to cool.
  • STEP 4.Refrigerate it for 1 hour & serve. Garnish it with safforn strands ..
