STEP 1.Take a steel or microwave safe bowl & grease it.. In a bowl take the hung curd & whisk it properly, Now add saffron,condensed milk,& cardamom powder and mix them altogether.
STEP 2.pour the mixture in container & tap it. Cover it with aluminum foil & seal all the corners properly. Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 3.Once done keep it aside to cool.
STEP 4.Refrigerate it for 1 hour & serve. Garnish it with safforn strands ..
